Need Help In Id Confirmation Please

Can some one please help trying to work out is this a Painted Lady or a Red Admiral ,Sorry if I`m stupid but new at butterflies trying to get my head around them .
They look so similar

Cheers Nutmeg was getting confused as it was similar to the Red Admiral from yesterdays foray into the garden ,just editing rest of pics from today now so may well be back again thanks for the help

Thanks Pam trying a new line ,give me a challenge instead of the birds all the time so going for the butterflies and bees and wasps outside comfort zone push the old grey matter
