Odd Looking Ringlet
I saw this butterfly today and was stumped - but now I've looked at it and read about it , it must be a Ringlet - I've just read that they are prone to aberration most noticeable in the eye spots on the underwing ranging from tiny white spots to large stretched markings.



I've not noticed this before.

I agree with Dogghound but it can be easily mistaken for a Ringlet Cheryl
