Stonking photos yes-BUT it doesn't mention for example the subtle differences between say Brown Argus + female Common Blue, which is the major failing in my mind as an ID guide.

Ah yes, but the photographs do show the difference beautifully!

The Brown argus has a dark spot edged with white on the upper forewing
I took this pic last week, my thread is on page 2
