Monarch Butterfly Pic

Hi everyone,

I've just accepted a few photos in the queue, but there is a shot of a monarch butterfly I'm not sure about. The photo itself is good enough, but I wasn't aware that these were a british species? I know you get them in the US and Mexico, but I'm not sure about the UK (insects not really my specialist subjects!!!). I've left this one in the queue for now, just need a bit of guidance.

It's fine Chris. There are one or two already in the Gallery with a note i.e. found in Spain.

Actually, I think this is one species that Stu wanted in our Gallery too
