| | | Peacock butterfly sighting Hi All,
I saw my first butterfly of the year this morning: a Peacock, which was basking in the sunshine near to Mount Pleasant, Newhaven.
No moth sightings to report other than the 4 Light Brown Apple Moths ( Epiphyas postvittana) and 1 Mottled Umber that I had on the night of 31st December. Other than that, nothing since way back in November.
Happy New Year to all!
