Never fished for Pike but caught 2 ( Carping ) , seen quite a few in the margins though .

Don't do what my ol' mate Pete did in '85, brought one home priested, too big for fridge so kept it fresh in bath of cold water, 8 month pregnant wife gets up to use toilet, turns light on, fish shoots up out of water, fish not dead, wife nearly so from shock, baby born two hours later. Did not amuse wife I can tell you, not in the slightest, very sour wife for many, many weeks, married men you know exactly what I mean!

Ty Fauna, I never tire of seeing huge pike! That fish was caught in the 80s from Deggy. A water that went on to produce numerous 30s and a good few 40s. Still holds the record now to Roy Lewis at 46lb 13oz. A true giant. Thanks again :-)
