| | | more obervations while fishing Been fishing again today down at harwich and we saw a few turnstones, a med gull and best of all a king fisher flew under ha'penny pier and landed on some pilling near the life boat station this is the 1st one i,ve seen down harwich i suspect it came from either the river stour or the orwell nice to see though.

I met one yesterday who had been on site for 48 hours and was describing the wildlife that he had seen and showed me the tracks of a muntjac that had passed by that night. I do not have the patience to spend that much time in one spot but there are rewards, clearly.

| | | Re: more obervations while fishing I saw far more elusive species like Otters while fishing than I do now going out specifically looking for them.But like you Colin I cant sit in one spot for a long time these days...always get itchy feet
