Basically, the Royals don't care as they have 'better' things to think about.
Also, if it was an RSPB member then they should certainly know better than to kill birds they are actually supporting. |

May have nothing to do with him but I would be suprised that the police would bother the Royals unless there was some truth in it? Who knows! Hope they do find who did it though.

| | | Re: Hen harriers shot by Royal Family? I can't believe that someone could be in the vicinity of Sandringham and/or near a member of the royal family without the authorities knowing about it. If the police can shoot a man on the tube for looking vaguely like a terrorist what would they do to a gun toting individual shooting around Sandringham.
While I doubt if HRH did the shooting I suspect someone in authority does know who did.
Worth revisiting this matter in a few weeks time if we hear no more about it because I suspect a cover up and reliance on short memories. |

| | | Re: Hen harriers shot by Royal Family? Hi,
Did they really get shot on the estate, can you see a Royal saying in front of all his minders "OH there's a pair of hen harriers let's shoot them",or is it possible that publicity is involved by the press and anti blood sport society ?.
Max.

Mark H | Quite!
The press today are also reporting that Harry was actually shooting nearby at the time. Yesterday they only seemed to say he was nearby but didn't say precisely what he was doing (unless I missed that). It's all circumstantial but we can all draw our own conclusions. It may not have actually been Harry who pulled the trigger but it seems very likely it was one of his party (in my opinion).

Matt | Yes youre correct Matt, yesterday on the news it was only stated that Harry was at Sandringham at the time, no mention of him shooting.
