| |  Birds that like to Pose and 1 that didn't
Went to the beach after crofting today as it was a beautiful day, the sky is so painfully blue here.
I found about 20 Fulmar nesting in the dunes and they were such posers expect for the 'gentleman' below who I think I caught with another woman that wasn't his wife. 
The next 'lady' seemed quite excited when she peered down and saw the camera 
Wait until you see my best side she 'said' 
On the way home I was looking up with my camera in the trees to find a chaffinch looking down at me, didn't seem incline to move just sung to me 
Aren't birds great!

I just love Fulmars. In fact I have just uploaded a couple to the gallery.
BTW I have managed at last to photograph a Purple Sandpiper and have also uploaded that to the gallery.

John | Well done John, just going to read your post, going to put the kettle on first though! In Lewis this weekend so not so many waders going to chase the gulls tomorrow and see if I can either get the American Herring Gull or the Glaucous Gull in Stornoway Harbour, if the wee free church don't grab me for taking pictures on the Sabbath.
