At tring on thursday and was blessed with seeing this Ruff with tags/rings/flags on him...

I hope it's OK to link it - you might find this thread on Bird Forum of interest! Ringed Ruff, Wiltstone Resv,16/2/12 - BirdForum Waders | cr-birding seems to refer to this project and has links for reporting sightings so you can be informed of the bird's history.

Well done on the sighting and photographing of the ringed bird.
Its a great feeling being able to input information back into the bird studies with resightings like this. |
