| | | Re: Green SnowBirds There are a few subspecies of rose ringed/ringnecked parakeet and some come from northern India, Pakistan and Nepal so our winters should not be too difficult for them, but I agree they do look a bit odd in snow covered trees.
I suppose it is because we tend to think of parrots as tropical birds.
