Homeward bound
Spotted these about an hour ago while I was out looking for a good sunset, which did not happen.

This was the larger of the two groups I saw, the other had about 25 birds.

I'm fairly sure I know where they go during the day but don't know where they roost, but this is becoming a common site with a flight in the opposite direction each morning.

Sorry for the poor photo, it was a bit gloomy and despite the noise they make, they do fly very fast, and I had to crop the photo too.

This is a very familiar sight for many with many flocks like this after dawn + before dusk. Quite a spectacle with several hundred passing through.
