Welcome to WAB from me as well. Hopefully we can help you to develop your birdwatching and get more from the hobby.
If 'Delhi" (which is given as your location) is where you are based people on this forum might not be able to help much if you have identification queries or want to know where good local sites are though - unless there is a Delhi in the UK which I don't know about! (This forum is about British wildlife, and almost all members are based in the United Kingdom).
The general techniques used in birdwatching can be used all over the world though, and there are many other potential questions that you might have which people may be able to answer - so we'll try and be as helpful as we can.
