| | | Camera attack I was in my hide with a client today and I took this photo a second before he attacked my camera. Im not sure if he seen his reflection or just the scrim net moving. I didnt half jumped back, the ISO was really high so its a grainy pic

I think you are bang on the money Dave. This bird took a dead Chaffinch out my hand a couple of weeks ago. I twitched it through the scrim and he snatched it away. No damage to camera as he only brushed it.

Pauline | I ahve done it three times now PMG. I only do it with birds that I know how they died. One I hit with my car and 2 that Cats caught that I had to put out their misery.
I have a new hide getting delivered next week and I had a call last night from a guy who is friends with Chris Packham and he is going to try get him up as he is wanting Sparrowhawk photos. Hope it comes off
