Hi, i am from maldives asia. I found this bird near my place in a lake, the bird is sick or tired i guess. i think this is a migratory bird. any information would help me help this bird, what is name of it? what does it eat etc?  |

it looks like a young booby  it is a sea bird so fish like herring mackrel etc would be its diet

Red footed booby perhaps. I agree its a Juvenile, young birds often get into trouble after storms and such like. |

Although no expert, I think it's a young brown Booby. Apparently they have red on them when young. |

Hi have read about redfoot boobie and did youtube seach on it. the speiecies i found is not as same colour as mine but i have decided its red foot boobie. i have chopped small fish into a syringe and fed it. i think it will survive. also i read on this topic Code: http://animals.nationalgeographic.com/animals/birds/red-footed-booby/
that it doesnt migrate.... so how come its in asia in maldives  |

It could easily be a brown booby, im no authority on birds outside of Europe. |
