It's pronounced Trozli.
But there is some local debate over whether it is a contraction of the full word or normal pronunciation. Using Trozzli is said to have started over 25 years ago when a local Park, Trosley Country Park opened. But that was named after a Trosley Estate, not the village.
I think it was more than 25 years, as I've lived here for 40 years and it has been said as Trozli all of that time.
Anyway. It is now almost universally said as Trozli.
Cheers,
Bryan
