| | | Re: Lesser Redpoll ? Yes, that's a lesser redpoll! I had one for the first time in my garden about three or four weeks ago and asked for some help in identifying it. Someone at the time said that If I had one then I would probably get some more and they were not wrong! Their numbers gradually built up and I now have between 10 and 15! They are costing me a fortune in nyger seed! They seem to be a lot braver than a lot of little birds - always the last to fly off (if they bother at all!) when something seems to alarm the other birds. They are quite happy to perch on the feeder for quite long lengths of time!
