Glad you caught up with the beardies at Capel fleet, they really are nice little birds.
The chances are the bird of prey you saw was a Merlin, there are a few in the area.
I took this pic through the car window along the slips just before the raptor viewing mound when it landed on a post right where I was parked.
Shame yhe window was closed. |
