Hi all, I saw this grebe today at Bookham in Surrey, it seemed too small and not the right colour for a great crested, or little grebe (though it probably will be one of them  ) Sorry about the quality, it was a fair distance away and moving fast.
Had to crop it to get a better view.

Looks like a Little Grebe to me but then again........!

Unfortunately I didnt get to see much of it, it darted into the reeds and I waited about half an hour to see if it would reappear, but it didnt.
