Bird Ringing, Any places to see this in South

Hi

If I don't post before the new year .....'Happy New Year'.

I live in Surrey, and was wondering if there is any places in Surrey or Sussex where I can see bird ringing. Never seen this, only on TV.

So I thought it be good experiance for me to see this.

Is it tooooo late for this and is it only done during the Summer?

Any help be appreciated.

Certainly not to late, I have been doing it most of the day. Depending on the area/species different times of year are more productive. Most groups use winter and summer sites.

I can't help on your local group, but if you contact the BTO they should be able to help.
