Its not a great photo, but it certainly looks more like a female (to me) on the head, although I am not 100% on this without seeing the rump, throat feathers, eye or a clear view of the whole head. Im not sure there is enough to age it though, how have you aged it? Neither the tail or wing is visible from what I can see. | | | |
