It's a song Thrush , Mistle Thrush are more upright in stance with round shaped spots on breast , the spots on song Thrush more arrow shaped. |

Note the white outer tail feathers (just visible) + the cold grey-brown upperparts. |

Its a mistle thrush. Song thrushes have almost arrow shaped spots on the breast pointing upwards whereas mistle thrushes are less defined rounder spots. MT are also more upright and paler than ST.
