As others have said bar tailed godwit usually confused with black tailed godwit in winter and when at rest.
This bird shows all the key id features required to separate them.
Bar tail obviously, slightly up turned bill, shorter legs, black tailed extend much further beyond the tail, and much plainer upper wing, black tailed have a striking white wing bar thats visible at a distance
