| | | Resident kingfisher. Just wanted to share the fact that we have a resident kingfisher that resides on the river gade which runs through hemel hempstead town centre.
A work collegue noticed it a week or so ago , i went down there to where he said, and low and behold , it was still there.I went down last friday in the hope of seeing it and showing my sister and it didnt disapoint.
The fact that you can get close to it amazes me, and its always in the same place. It seems so tame. There is always a lot of pedestrian and car traffic where i have seen it on both occassions.
I need to take my camera down there.

Louise there does a super bog, and I am sure that will cover the busier Kingfisher activity when it starts again.
Cheers,
Bryan
