Perergrine supporter

Ou at a premiership footy match yesterday , and during the game i couldnt help bird watch everytime a bird flew over.
Despite the BHgulls and pigeons, nothing else was about .
Until the second half when a perergrine swooped up into the rafters of the stand i was sitting in.Suffice to stay it was there after the full time whistle.

I'm not a sports fan but I've heard a few interesting sightings like yours while people have been watching football, cricket, etc.

I suppose where there's a crowd, there's bound to be food, where there's food there's pigeons and pigeons are a nice snack for a peregrine!

When I was in Kenya we watched Cameroon vs Kenya in the World Cup qualifiers, and they had to stop the game because the pitch was invaded by 8 Maribou Storks

Glad they did it was a rubbish game!

Best thing ive seen is a sparrowhawk at old trafford. Seen loads of pipistrelle bats at the Bernabeu too which was cool.

Brittania stadium. stoke city..
