| | | white starling.. saw a pure white starling today ith a medium sized flock .. first one i've ever seen.. seen a few partially white blackbirds but never a starling... looked really nice... anyone else ever seen one? |

| | Re: white starling.. I've never seen one in the flesh but have seen photos. Certainly unusual + they have a greater chance of being picked off by predators such as Sparrowhawks. |

| | | Re: white starling.. This one was in the garden for a few days last year. As has been said; they don't usually survive for long. Although this one knew it was at risk, as it was extremely nervous, going back and forth from cover to feed.
Rubbish pic taken through double glazing and very poor light, but you can see it's a white Starling. |

Especially the grey starling rescuing sailors
