Shorelark at QE2 Res
I see the Shorelark is still at QE2 Reservoir in Surrey and am tempted... Does anyone know if this is accessible to the public or permit only?

It's permit only to the reservoir- not sure if it can be seen from outside.

It is permit only but many people without permits have been up to see it. The waterboard are apparently rarely up there and hardly ever ask to see birders permits. The bird seem sto be hanging around the south bank now, which is a nice long walk from the northeast corner.
