The first one is a Ringed Teal , not too sure on the second one but it could be an eclipse plumage Blue Winged Teal.

It doesn't help 2 + 3 are red crosses until I click on them, so meant 2 for WH Duck. 3 does remind me of Garganey, but all sorts of various teal at Slimbridge collection.
