(Schedule 1 Licence holder for Kingfishers, Barn Owls and Avocets) | I only went in the Parrinder Hide once I had learnt of the Dotterel. Very OTT given that most of the day you are looking into the sunlight. As for the Dotterel, it will teach me to walk past a large flock of birds 4 times without thoroughly checking them. I was looking for buntings and seabirds to be honest.
Cheers,

With global warming and sea levels rising they might be saying in the future look at these, remains of a 7 thousand year old bird hide on the beach | and even older birders inside. |

A pretty good list, which would have included about half a dozen year ticks for me - must get to Norfolk! | I'd rather have not known it was there Roy to be honest if I knew I wasn't going to see it. Bit miffed as I put close on 200 people on to a well hidden Jack Snipe that I had found too. Someone might have mentioned the Dotterel to me earlier.

| | | Re: My weekend in Norfolk That's some list Adam. Talk about avian over-load! I could do with some of that right now.
