Another good day's birding
It seems that at 10am everyday, we have a massive influx of birds in the garden. This lasts for about 30 minutes and then all goes quiet for a good few hours. This is today's sightings within ten minutes...

1 Great Spotted Woodpecker feeding on the fat balls
A male and female Blackcap
Pair of Jays
A female Goldcrest
Countless Blue and Great Tits
Wren
Long-Tailed Tits

but... for the first time this week, no Green Woodpecker!

Not a bad day though.

Sounds a good little morning that.. well done.
I had a simular thing today didnt last that long , its like they wait for each other to go ontyo the feeders ,checking the coast is clear, then they all come at once.
