Green woodpecker
A green woodpecker visits our garden every so often.
This year spotted 2 of them.
They like to feed on the ant hills in the grass.
They are very shy, cant get close enough to take pictures.

Keep an eye out next year for juveniles, they can be much more confiding so enabling you to get a photo

Ah kool, that is a juvenile, maybe put the camera on a tripod? Should come out a bit sharper then
