| | | Re: Night bird? Right I've listen to both and it could have been a Little owl it certainly was a very clear loud cry, it also fits one of the Tawny sounds, but there was no twittering or wooings. You never know I might hear it again soon.

I have a wooden Little Owl caller which I've used with some success (outside the breeding season of course). Unfortunately I don't have a recording of it
