And by the way. I think it is a buzzard. At first I thougt it was vulture that had left circling over the Millennium Stadium after picking clean the bones of Welsh Rugby,  , and was extending it's range.

I was driving back from oxford on monday and spotted a few red kites hovering above the M4, it was difficult to keep from being distracted |
