How to I add photos to a Forum?

I add my photos to the unidentified birds section under images but they never get replied to. I have seen people do it but don't personally know how to add photos to a forum as this way people would certainly identify my unidentified birds. Does anyone know how to add pictures to a Forum?

I've just posted some IDs for your images, but if you can start threads in which to ask for the IDs (and attach the photos folowing the directions in the link given by Farplace) you will generally get more response.

Just a little hint. If you have more than one photo for id/comment then it's as well to open two tabs: one in the forum for your message and one in the Gallery for the pictures! Good luck.
