Great tit stakes her claim

We've had a great tit roosting in one of our boxes for some time now, though two bluetits have been showing a slight interest in it as well. Two days ago, the male bluetit had been inside for some time, trying to get the female to come in to inspect it - but he got tired of waiting for her, and decided to go out again, just as she landed on the hole. Once he was out of the way, she finally went in.





However, today the great tit decided to make it quite clear whose box it is, and started bringing in some moss.
