Chiffchaff or Willow Warbler?

This photograph was taken on the 1st August on the coast amongst a mixed scrub of trees and bushes. At first I thought it was a Chiffchaff but now, looking at the photo again, I am not so sure. Any help in identifying would be greatly appreciated!

The legs look dark and the primaries seem short but its a difficult angle so that says chiffchaff , the supercillium looks a little short behind the eye which points to willow warbler.All in all i'll plump for chiffchaff

Thanks Shrike, much appreciated, the legs were dark but I have read recently that leg colour isn't an infallible guide.

Bit greyish; Barely discernible supercilium; Not a lot of yellow underneath. I'm going with Chiffchaff.

your right leg colour not discernible just gives a clue , however on second pic the primary projection looks too short to be a willow warbler so i'm sticking with chiffchaff,interested to see what dogghound thinks from the second pic.

I would agree with Dogghound - adult Willow Warbler.

The primary projection isn't visible in either shot, but the 'hollow' pale yellow cheeks, dark eye stripe and long supercilium + the 'clean' looking breast and underparts all pont to Willow.

Agree its not a great angle to get a clear view of primary projection i just thought it looked short , ok terste i'd go with willow warbler then if i was you , if dogghound and roy are in agreement thats good enough for me
