Hi there
Ive just joined hoping to get abit of advice from all you bird fanciers out there.
The cat had a little jenny wren yesterday :-( i have got her in a small finch cge at the molment and she is happily sitting on the perch.
I though after a nice quiet night she would be ok to release this morning.
i took her back to where i picked her up and tried to pop her in a tree so she was out of harms way, but unfortunatly she very clumsily flew down to the ground and was finding it difficult to get up into the air. so i picked her up again and have bought her back home, its very wibdy and there are yard cats around she wouldnt have stood a chance if id have left her.
Do im going to give her a couple of days i think and try her again.
She seems fine, no injurys or anything and shes happily jumping around in the cage and dosnt appear to be stressed at all.
Alli need to know is what is the best thign to offer her to eat, shes got some seed in the cage with her, not too sure if shes taken any, shes also taken some water, which is good.
Any advise would be greatly appriciated :-)
