| | | Cordon Blue Buzzard. Right. Three, day old chicks again.
Think I'll do the first one as a starter with mozarella and sun ripened tomatoes. Washed down with a Chablis.
The second one will be my main course, and I'll slow cook that as a Hungarian goulash with onions, peppers and chillis. With a nice full bodied red: hmmm....Egri Bikavér will be perfect.
I'll chill the third one down and have that thinly sliced with a creamy vanilla ice cream. With a cherry on top of course.
Buzzard at the British Wildlife Center today.
Cheers,
Bryan
