Is this a Greenshank?

As far as I can see this bird ticks the boxes for Greenshank, with its slightly upturned bill and green legs (although you can't see the colour properly from this photo). The picture was taken at the farm pond at Elmley.

I'm not good with waders so would appreciate it if someone can confirm.
