bit of help please
seen today hunting flies in a very fluttery way, also on landing a lot of tail twitching and wing flicking,

I would agree with it being a Chiffchaff.
At first glance i thought it was a Willow Warbler due to the leg colour, but the short wings and under eye cresent shout Chiffchaff.

thanks guys, thought it might be, but it looked a bit too yellow on its sides, which doesnt show too well on the pics,
