Just to expand on Dogghounds ID, this is one of the larger domestic breeds of Swan Goose ("African Goose" is the typical large breed.). |

Just to expand Graham, theyre all the same - the Swan goose was domesticated and became known as Chinese or African goose, thousands of years ago.

It seems our local park pond has quite a few birds that have lost their way - this bar-headed goose has been at our park about 3 weeks and it's from Asia!  | | |
