| | | Re: Unidentified Bird Brambling juveniles are different to this, they look more like a female chaffinch, are much more bulky birds, have a different bill shape, they lack the yellow wing panel. Also its unlikely to have a juvenile (or any brambling) in Britain at this time of year. |

| | | Re: Unidentified Bird With dogghound and charles on this one,its a juv goldfinch got a few on feeders at the moment and they look exactly the same as the one in the pic, and as dogghound has said nothing like juv brambling which you would be very unlikely to see at this time of year anyway  MIKE |
