| | | Starling migration? Roughly, when do starlings usually begin their winter migration?
I'm just wondering where all my starlings have gone, as I haven't seen any in my garden lately, or nearby for that matter! |

| | | Re: Starling migration? Yeah I know they are only partial migrants.
I'm not aware of their patterns here as I only moved here recently, I was just curious as normally when there are mealworms, peanut suet and some buggy suet nibbles available (as there is at the moment) they have been in and out fairly constantly, sometimes up to fifteen at once. But I havent seen any in lately.
The blackbirds seem fairly happy that they are getting more of a chance at the mealworms though! |

| | | Re: Starling migration? Well having seen no starlings in my garden for about 2 weeks I woke up this morning to the spectacle of about 30 of them squabbling over some suet! | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
