If you do a search for Juvenile Wheatear on google, you get some very similar looking birds, so i'm going for Juv Wheatear too

None seem to quit match, but I assume this is a male further along with the new feather growth, anyone point me at a close match photo?

Its a juvenile wheatear, looks like its a fairly recent fledgling. You cant sex these from a photo at this age.
