I'd say this is a Juvenile Greater spotted (all red cap) to big for a lesser spotted and that species would be more unlikely to visit a garden feeder I'd imagine.

Brill bird to have downon your feeders i was looking forward to seeing the locals i had last year , but i have seen very little of them, this year.
