Medium sized brown and white feather found in middle of large public park..for ID pls
Any ideas? First thought was tawny owl though im sure I've seen feathers like this before suggesting something a lot more common. Juvie gull maybe?

Canada goose is a possibility as the park does have a pond though I don't think I've seen canada geese there. I would doubt very much it would be a buzzard as its quite an urban park.
