Would someone care to explain why it looks like a juvenile Osprey and not a Juvenile Buzzard? What about that brown "horseshoe" on the breast? |

Definitely 100% not an osprey.

having looked at the pic closer it does look like a a pale juv Buzzard

A buzzard for sure, but I accept it does look a bit osprey-ish until you actually look at a picture of an osprey and then it looks nothing like one.  But it's a buzzard anyway.
