Meadow Pipit scarcity
There doesn`t seem to be many Meadow pipits around Market Weighton this year. I wonder if this is because of the severity of last winter. I`m still looking for Green Woodpecker and Barn Owl locally, presumably due to low numbers. I hope they make up for it this year.

I think I've seen more Meadow this year than ever before!

Plenty about round here (NW) and I saw quite a few on the moors above Haworth yesterday.
