Help with Bird of Prey ID


Spotted this BOP last week and thought first of all that it was a Red Kite but the tail looked wrong. Then I thought Buzzard, but the overall shape looked wrong. Sorry about the quality of the pics but it was rather a long way away. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for quick responses. Did.nt really consider Marsh Harrier. I'm more used to seeing them flying low over reedbeds. This one was one of a pair flying very high over open farmland.
