Bird in woods, ID please

This bird was singing his head off, I have no idea what it is I cant really see it properly it might be a dunnock..

My first thought on looking at the photos was Chiffchaff or Willow Warbler, could be a different warbler though. Was this it's song (click play) The RSPB: Chiffchaff

The call was more like the willow warbler than the Chiffchaff but the calls on the RSPB site are not always accurate as birds have more than one type of song I have found.

If it has that descending whistling I think you can be safe it is a Willow warbler. Or are we dealing with the call or song?

the line on its chin is throwing me, or prehaps its the way im looking at the photo...

Its a phyllosc, the photo is too dark to be really conclusive but the overall shape and size of the bill is more suggestive of willow warbler.

I knew you would point me in the right direction hopefully I will get a better pic next time but it was high up on a branch.
I will go with willow warbler this is a first for me..

Could it possibly be a Blackcap? Its perching like one and there seems to be a hint of white on the breast....

3rd Photo down you can see its got a supercilium.
